Copper-steel composite plate use carbon steel or stainless steel as the base metal material, and are coated with precious metal materials such as copper/brass/titanium on one or both sides. Through special technical processing, two or more materials are fused into a whole to obtain a new type of material with better performance and appearance.
The material has high strength, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and stainless steel composite has non-magnetic properties, excellent corrosion resistance and ductility. Composite metals have excellent properties that no single metal can match, and these metal properties can complement each other. The biggest advantage of this composite plate is that the material and thickness can be selected according to the needs of different customers.
Application areas: electronic parts, hardware industry, military shells, plug-in connectors, radiator heaters, decorative copper exterior walls, etc.

Copper stainless steel composite plate
The three-layer copper-stainless steel composite plate is a layered composite of high-performance non-ferrous copper and high-strength stainless steel through a cold rolling process. The material has good corrosion resistance, high bonding strength, comprehensive mechanical properties, and the thermal conductivity and decorative properties of copper. It is used in heat exchangers, decorations, copper doors, electronic appliances, hardware, and special corrosion-resistant applications. Compared with the electroplating process, the layered composite process has high bonding strength and a thicker copper layer. The material can withstand various stamping, bending, shearing and other processing without delamination, and is a good copper replacement material.
