Before the goods leave the factory, strict inspection and testing of the packaging is an important part of ensuring the safe transportation of the goods. These inspections and tests include but are not limited to:
1. Sealing test:
o Check whether the packaging has good sealing performance to prevent the intrusion of external media such as moisture and air, which may affect the quality and safety of the goods.
2. Strength test:
o Test the strength properties of the packaging such as compression and tear resistance to ensure that the packaging can withstand various external forces and pressures during transportation and protect the goods from damage.
3. Damage and deformation test:
o Simulate various situations during transportation, such as vibration, impact, etc., to test whether the packaging will be damaged or deformed, and ensure the safety of the goods during transportation.
4. Label and logo inspection:
o Check whether the labels and logos on the packaging are clear and accurate, including the name, specifications, quantity, production date, expiration date, transportation precautions and other information of the goods, so as to correctly identify and manage them during transportation and storage.
