Aluminum Round Tube
Product Description
Heating aluminum ingots: Heat the aluminum ingots to an appropriate temperature, usually between 450-500 degrees Celsius, to ensure that they have good plasticity and fluidity → The heated aluminum ingots are placed in the ingot barrel of the extruder → The extrusion rod is pushed by a high-power hydraulic cylinder, and there is an extrusion pad at the front end. The strong pressure causes the aluminum ingot to be extruded from the precision forming hole of the mold to form the required circular cross-section. → The aluminum ingot passes through the precision forming hole of the mold under the strong pressure of the extrusion pad to form an aluminum round tube. → The formed aluminum round tube is pulled to the cooling bed by a traction machine, straightened and cut, and finally the required length is obtained. → In order to enhance the hardness and strength of the aluminum round tube, aging treatment is usually required, usually for 4-8 hours. → After aging treatment, the aluminum round tube can be surface treated, such as anodizing, spraying, etc., to enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Through the above steps, the aluminum round tube is successfully extruded and subsequently treated to meet different usage requirements.
Features: Lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, etc. It is widely used in many fields such as construction, automobiles, aerospace, electronic equipment, machinery manufacturing, etc., showing its strong applicability and superior performance.
